For 2+ years I've been designing and shipping secure, production-grade software — HIPAA-aligned healthcare platforms, multi-store POS systems and Stripe-powered SaaS — for clients in Singapore, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the US. I build products end-to-end: I model the data, design the APIs, craft the interface and run it in production. My work spans healthcare platforms with HIPAA-grade security, multi-tenant SaaS with role-based access and Stripe billing — and, more and more, AI features that hold real conversations and take real actions.

I care about the details that separate a demo from a product: predictable performance, clear error states, secure defaults and code the next engineer will enjoy working in.

    Delivering an AI-powered health platform for online and in-person care — connecting patients, doctors and care providers across Singapore — from the interfaces down to the architecture beneath them.

    • Built both product front ends end to end in React and TypeScript — the Integrated Care Centre console and the Doctor portal — 25+ screens, from analytics dashboards to live consultation queues.
    • Engineer across an event-driven architecture of five TypeScript microservices (care centre, doctor, patient, queue and media), communicating over RabbitMQ with Redis caching, Bull job queues and clean-architecture layering with dependency injection.
    • Delivered the real-time consultation pipeline: a queue service routes patients to available doctors, a MediaSoup SFU carries WebRTC video, Socket.io pushes live state to every screen, and call transcripts feed AI triage and drafted memos.
    • Implemented multi-tenant access on Keycloak SSO, with roles and permissions scoped to each organisation and branch and enforced by middleware on every route.
    • Secured sensitive health data with AES-256-GCM encryption, and integrated Stripe Connect payouts for doctors and clinics and PostGIS-powered location search for providers.

  2. 2025 — PresentOwn product

    Full Stack Engineer

    TapnTrade Lahore, Pakistan

    Designed, built and launched a cloud point of sale for restaurants and retail stores, as the only engineer.

    • Architected a multi-tenant SaaS on a single NestJS + PostgreSQL API — store-scoped data, five roles, JWT with refresh tokens — serving a React web app, an Expo mobile app and a Next.js marketing site.
    • Delivered real-time restaurant operations — waiter, kitchen and cashier screens in sync over Socket.io — with recipe-level inventory and cash-drawer shifts.
    • Solved the hardware edge: thermal receipt printing from the browser (QZ Tray) and over Bluetooth from phones.
    • Own everything from product decisions and pricing to deployment and the sales site at tapntrade.store.

    Delivered healthcare, SaaS and high-conversion web products for clients in the US, UAE and Saudi Arabia, owning features from data model to production.

    • Developed a HIPAA-aligned doctor portal and admin dashboard for secure patient-record management, with role-based access across panels.
    • Designed end-to-end encryption for API payloads on a Supabase backend, reducing data-breach exposure by roughly 90%.
    • Implemented the full payments stack for an AI medical-education app — Stripe Connect, three paid plans, webhooks and a credits wallet — alongside OpenAI-generated study content.
    • Shipped a society-management platform running 1,900+ resident accounts with automated monthly billing, and a real-time price-comparison app across Amazon, Walmart and Target.
    • Launched SEO-led client websites in the US, UAE and Saudi Arabia with quote, booking and WhatsApp lead flows, and ran production on AWS EC2/S3 and Vercel.
